Ετσι λοιπον νευριασα (ηταν και δυσκολη η μερα σημερα) και τους εστειλα την ακολουθη απαντηση:

Further to our recent correspondence i would like to inform you that i had a meeting with a very polite person (Technician) from the Head Office in order to recheck my vehicle to another approved service station this time (at Maroussi, Athens). He agreed that the new compressor installed is not "silent" and it makes a strange noise however, he told me that there is nothing else we/they can do since this is not an original A/C or Compressor, but an aftermarket unit!!!
He told me that even if we change the compressor by another one, i will face the same problem (noise) again. However i did not receive any clear answer the question i placed "Why an authorized dealer and an authorized service station use to put aftermarket products and not the original ones and the most important without any previous information to the owners about this action".
I insist to my last question as i have not received any clear answer by their or even your side. I would like to say that my problem is not considered as solved as you mention in your last message and the only
reason i have stoped contacting the Head Office is due to the fact that they
make me feel stupid and i cannot accept it.
I already informed many other Jeep owners about this matter and the comments i received up to now is that no one knew that it is a common practice for the Greek authorized dealer to put aftermarket products without any previous information to their customers.
I intend to consult my lawyer, as i had previously inform you, in order to proceed to my further actions as:
a) To make it public through all Greek Media (newspapers, magazines, etc) and
b) to proceed to all necessary legal procedures in order to take my money back. Sorry but i have not other choice.
I have recently advised you that the only proper solution was the Mother company to instruct them to change the complete system with an original A/C (FREE OF CHARGE of course) for the reasons i already explained above but for one more time i feel stupid and i don t like it at all.
Under those circumstances, i repeat that i need an original A/C or my money back.
