Σας παραθέτω ένα άρθρο από ξένο forum για τα NIVA σχετικά με το σασμάν. Τι χρειάζεται αλλαγή και με τους κωδικούς των ανταλλακτικών.
"Hey agaiin guys, I've been to the auto service, and had a discussion with the main Niva mechanic regarding the gearbox problems. (Pardon me if i call some parts with confusing names, technical English is not my specialty per se)
*Problem one, the MAIN problem: Lousy bearing of the primary shaft. Initially it's cute noisy, and causes vibrations, which with time get stronger, and cause the bearing (along with other parts of the GB) to fail. Treatment: change bearing #2107-1701033 with SKF make #615722.
SKF is a respectable firm which makes ALL bearings for the GB. THe best treatment is to change as many as you can, but changing the one on the primary shaft is THE most important step, and is quite easy too.
**problem two: nut getting loose on the rear of the GB (the "Helicopter" that the middle shaft is connetced to) - DO NOT TIGHTEN THE NUT. Get screw sealant, or even better, the self-countering nut they put on RIva gearboxes. If not with time your 1 and 2 gears might get hard to engage, and the rear - nearly impossible.
***problem three: lousy bearing on the middle shaft of the fifth gear. Interchange bearing #2108-1701031 with SKF #NJ205ECP, otherwise your fifth will get noisier, and noisier, and the damage casued by vibrations will cause the 2nd gear some problems, like hard enganging of it.
FOr those who decided to change ALL of the bearings (good choice, do so if experienced) here are the numbers of stock, crappy bearings and the SKF ones:
Primary Shaft:
#2107-1701033 <===> SKF#615722
#2101-1701031 <===> SKF#62202
Secondary Shaft
#2107-1701190 <===> SKF#6306NR
#2107-1701073 <===> SKF#613441
Middle Shaft
#2101-1701068 <===> SKF#616073
#2107-1701073 <===> SKF#613441
#2108-1701031 <===> SKF#NJ205ECP
And preferrably DO NOT oferfill with MORE THAN 300 grams of oil, making the total amount of MORE than than 1.6 litres. This will not do ANY GOOD TO YOUR GEARBOX, it will jsut cause you to change oil seals and air pressure regulator. This is an old myth that doesn't apply in the real life."
